摘  要:分析了现有机车设备状态检测与故障诊断系统的弊端,介绍了基于嵌入式系统与专家系统的机车设备状态检测与故障诊断系统的工作原理和主要构成.在此基础上设计了车载嵌入式系统和专家系统.其中嵌入式系统完成对机车设备状态的检测、信息显示和简单的实时故障诊断功能,专家系统通过接收车载嵌入式系统对机车设备状态信息的初步分析处理,完成机车运行状态判断和状态预测.主要介绍了车载嵌入式系统的软硬件实现方法,及车载嵌入式系统向专家系统传输数据的方式以及专家系统软件设计的模糊数学理论.经仿真软件仿真,和装车试运行证明本系统具有良好的彩色图形显示能力和强大的故障诊断能力.The malpractice of the existing locomotive state detection and the fault diagnosis system is analysed, and the theory and the structure of the locomotive device status detection and fault diagnosis system which based on the embedded system are introduced. Then the vehicle embedded system and expert system are designed based on this theory. The embeddes system examinates the condition,displays the information and diagnoses the fault of the locomotive device while the expert system deals with the locomotive device state information and estimates the locomotive operation state by receiving vehicle embedded system. The implementation method of the vehicle embedded system hardware and software as well as the fuzzy mathematics theory of the expert system are presented. It has been beared out that this system has a better col ored graphical display ability and a strong fault diagnosis ability though software simulation.
