摘　　要：随着我国《产品质量法》的正式颁布施行,我国特有的市场经济的产品责任制度初步形成。本文对我国产品责任的相关立法完善提出了一些建议。Along with our country （product quality method ） of formal promulgation implement, our country the system initial formation of the product responsibility of the special market economy. This text＇s concept to my domestic product responsibility, constitute important item and returned a responsibility principle to do some studies alsoperfect put forward some suggestions to the our country lawmaking
