摘  要:提出以Brφnsted酸性离子液体[BMIM]HSO4和H2SO4的复配体系为催化剂、共轭二烯烃为烷基化试剂,进行汽油烷基化脱硫研究.研究表明:在复配催化剂作用下,噻吩与异戊二烯的烷基化反应相对烯烃之间的聚合反应、芳烃的烷基化反应具有较高的选择性.在非常缓和的反应条件下,共轭二烯烃与噻吩的物质的量比为4时,噻吩的转化率即可达90%以上,而单烯烃基本不变化.温度的升高不利于提高烷基化脱硫选择性,当温度由30℃增至75℃后,噻吩转化率仅增加约4%,而烯烃的聚合却增加约30%.二烯烃与噻吩的烷基化反应动力学研究表明其反应级数为1.37.The alkylating desulfurization technology of gasoline is presented,in which the compound system of Brnsted acidic ionic liquid with surfuric acid is used as catalyst,and conjugated diolefin as alkylating agent to remove the sulfur of gasoline.Under the catalysis of the mixture of [BMIM]HSO4 and H2SO4,the selectivity of the alkylating reaction of thiophene with isoprene is higher than that of the polymerization reaction of olefin and the alkylating reaction of aromatic.Under very lenitive reaction condition,the conversion rate of thiophene can reach to above 90% but the amount of mono olefin almost does not change when the substance amount ratio of conjugated diolefin to thiophene is 4∶1.Temperature rising is not favorable to the increase of the selectivity of the alkylation desulfurization,the conversion rate of thiophene only increases by 4% but the polymerization amount of olefin increases by 30% when the temperature rise from 30 ℃ to 75 ℃.The study on the alkylating reaction kinetics of diolefin with thiophene shows that the order of the reaction is 1.37.
