摘　　要：劳伦斯是一位极富想象力和独创性的作家,他的叙事手法多种多样。通过分析其短篇小说《菊花的幽香》的叙事手法,着重从意象与叙事的融合、独特的心理描写(叙述性分析、叙事性独白)两方面来探讨劳伦斯的叙事艺术,其叙事艺术在继承传统中创新,既探索了人物复杂的内心世界,又丰富了人物形象。Lawrence is a British writer with rich imagination and creation. Through analyzing the ways of narration in the story Odor of Chrysanthemum, especially the use of images, unique psychological narrative （ narrative analysis and narrative monologue）, this article attempts to explore Lawrence＇ s narrative craftsmanship including the heritages from tradition and innovations of arts.
