摘　　要：目的研究清脑胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血神经功能的保护作用。方法以线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉(Middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)制作大鼠模型,分别于4h和24h进行神经功能评分,观察清脑胶囊对脑缺血造成的行为障碍的影响。结果清脑胶囊可减轻大鼠局灶性脑缺血和24h的行为障碍,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清脑胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的神经功能有保护作用。Objective To study the neuroprotective effects of qingnao capsule on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods The middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） model was made by the suture method. The neurological deficit assessments were performed at 4 hours and 24 hours after MCA occlusion. Results The disorder of behavior was alleviated in the qingnao preconditioning groups, which showed significant differences between control groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qingnao capsule has neuroprotective effects on focal cerebral ischemia in rats.
