基于有色Petri网的政府电子公文通用工作流模型的构建

摘　　要：基于有色Petri网的基本理论和政府公文处理的国家标准,结合政府电子公文的处理特点,给出了收文流程和发文流程的形式化定义及其建模步骤,完成了政府电子公文通用工作流模型的建构,实现了流程再造,并且在基于Lotus Domino群件的平台上进行了实践和应用.Based on the basic theories of the Colored Petr/Nets,according to the national standards of governmental official document processing and integrating with its features, the formal concept for receiving document workflow and sending document workflow is put forward, and the modeling process is offered. Furthermore, construction of universal workflow model for receiving document workflow and sending document workflow is finished, and reengineering is achieved, which has been practiced on the Lotus Domino groupware platform.
