摘  要:使用不同浓度的水杨酸、茉莉酸甲酯处理鱼腥草幼苗,结果表明,二者均能使鱼腥草中槲皮素含量提高.从长期效应来看,以低浓度(50μg/mL)的水杨酸或高浓度(20μg/mL)的茉莉酸甲酯处理,鱼腥草幼苗槲皮素含量有较明显的增加.对鱼腥草幼苗给予机械伤害处理,处理组与对照组中槲皮素含量的差异显著.用UV-B每天照射鱼腥草幼苗不同的时间并连续照射不同的天数,结果表明,每天照射4 h连续照射8 d,鱼腥草中槲皮素的含量增高最明显;对鱼腥草给予UV-B照射后,油细胞和分泌细胞的数量增多,体积增大,表皮细胞层增厚,栅栏组织和海绵组织排列紧密,鱼腥草叶片的形态结构和生理生化指标都有明显的变化,这可能是其对辐射产生的一种自我保护和适应机制.The seedings induced by different concentrations of salicylic acid and methyl jasmonate can accumulate higher amount of quercitin in Houttuynia cordata to some extent. From long-term effect, quercitin in the scedings induced by low concentration of salicylic (50 μg/mL) and high concentration of methyl jasmonate (20 μg/mL) increase obviously. Mechanical damage can also result in great discrepancies in content of quercitin between control group and treatment group. The seeding induced by UV-B radiation and treated for different time ,the results showed that the content obviously increased after continuous radiation for eight days and four hours for each day. There are increases in the number and size of oil cell and secretory cell in Houttuynia cordata irradiated by UV-B. Furthermore, its layer of epidermal cell thickens, palisade tissue and spongy tissue densely arranged. In a word, great changes have been happened in morphology structures, physiology and biochemistry characters, which can be explained that these changes are self-protection and adaption for themselves to UV-B radiation.
