摘　　要：中国拥有丰富的软实力资源。近年来,中国重视开展文化传播,注重发展模式的国际交流,积极开展负责任的大国外交。软实力资源的成功运用极大地改善了中国国家形象,提升了中国的国际影响和国际威望。但总体而言,中国软实力仍处于初步发展阶段,软实力建设还面临许多亟待解决的问题。中国需要建立综合、连贯的外交哲学和大战略,高度重视软实力建设。China enjoys abundant sources of soft power.In rccent years,China has been attaching great importance to cul- tural promulgation,paying extraordinary attentionto exchange of views with international society concerning development modes,and conducting diplomacy among powers in a very responsible way on the world stage. Through the successful exercise of soft power,China has tremendously improved its national image and en- hanced its international in fluence and prestige.However,China's soft power construction,now still at the ini- tial stage,is faced with many difficulties.To build up China's soft power calls for a comprehensive and coher- ent diplomatic philosophy and a grand strategy.
