摘 要:20世纪90年代以来,拥有强大技术优势的跨国公司大量进入中国电信设备市场,给幼小的中国电信设备制造企业带来了巨大的技术冲击和市场竞争压力。为了适应激烈的国际竞争,以华为、中兴为代表的我国电信设备制造企业以技术创新为突破口,逐渐建立起具有自主知识产权的核心技术体系,实现了企业的快速成长。本文采用实证研究的方法,检验跨国公司进入与我国电信设备制造业技术创新能力之间的关系,结果发现,跨国公司对我国电信设备制造业技术创新能力具有直接的促进作用;通过对其作用机理的分析,发现跨国公司主要是通过四种效应促进了我国电信设备制造业的技术创新:即生产效应、竞争与学习效应、市场效应和内部研发效应。Since the 1990s, numerous multinational corporations with huge technological superiority swarm into China's market of telecommunication equipment, which brings great technical impact and market competition pressure on Chinese emerging manufacturing enterprises of telecommunication equipment. For adapting to severe international competition, Chinese manufacturing enterprises of telecommunication equipment represented by Huawei and ZTE, taking technology innovation as the breakthrough point, gradually established the core technology system with independent intellectual property rights and realized the rapid growth of the enterprises. In this paper, the method of empirical research is used to validate the direct cause-effect relationship between the entering of multinational corporations and the technology innovation capacity of Chinese telecommunication equipment manufacturing and to make further exploration into its action mechanism, and it is found that the entering of multinational corporations enhances the technology innovation capacity of Chinese telecommunication corporations mainly through four effects, i.e. production effect, competition and learning effect, market effect and internal R & D effect.
