痹清胶囊对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎PGE_2及VCAM-1表达影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察痹清胶囊对尿酸钠(MSU)诱导的大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的防治作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:用MSU诱导大鼠痛风性关节炎,观测血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达的改变。测定肿胀的足组织中前列腺素(PGE_2)的含量。结果:痹清胶囊可以明显降低炎症组织中的PGE_2含量,下调滑膜组织中VCAM-1表达。结论:痹清胶囊治疗痛风性关节炎可能与降低炎症组织中的PGE_2含量,下调滑膜组织中VCAM-1表达有关。Objective： To explore the effects and mechanisms of Biqing capsule on gouty arthritis induced by MSU in mouse. Method： Acute gouty arthritis model of rat was induced by MSU suspension intraarticular injection.The VCAM-1 expression was determined and the level of PGE2 was determined in the swelling paw. Result： Biqing Capsules can significantly reduced inflammation in the PGEz levels in the synovial tissue and VCAM-1 expression of inflammatory cells was reduced. Conclusion： The Biqing capsule＇s anti-inflammation and analgesia mechanism may be related to decreased the levels of PGE2 in the synovial tissue and reduced the expression of VCAM-1.
