摘  要:目的:探讨粘胶分散型经皮给药系统设计中的影响因素。方法:以经皮给药传递理论为依据、以抗焦虑药物丁螺环酮为模型,设计粘胶分散型经皮给药系统。结果:丁螺环酮在基质中的扩散符合一级释放过程;通过皮肤渗透的传递符合零级释放过程。结论:影响丁螺环酮在粘胶分散型经皮给药系统中经皮渗透的主要因素有扩散系数、含量及基质的厚度。Objective: To research the affecting factors in the adhesive-dispersion type transdermal drug delivery system(Adt-TDDs). Methods: According to the theories of transdermal drug delivery system, the model drug-buspirone patch were designed to AdtTDDs. Results: The diffusion of buspirone in the adhesive base and through skin were accorded to one-grade and zero-grade releas- ing process , respectively. Conclusion: The main affecting factors were the coefficient of diffusion, the content of buspirone and thickness of the adhesive base.
