高效液相色谱法测定舒痔丸中槲皮素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立舒痔丸中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,Shim-packVP-ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L^(-1)三氟乙酸(33:67);流速:1ml·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素在0.17～0.84μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.7%(n=5)。结论:本文方法快速、简便、准确,可用于舒痔丸的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for determination of quercetin in Shuzhi pills. Methods： HPLC method was used. The sample was separated by Shim-pack VP-ODS column （250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile- 0.01 mol·L^ -1 trifluoroaeetie acid （33：67）. The flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was at 30 ℃. The detective wavelength was at 360 nm. Results： The linear range of quercetin was 0.17 to 0.84 μg （r =0.999 9）. The average recovery was 96.52 %, and RSD was 1.75 % （n = 5）. Conclusion： The method is quick ,simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Shuzhi pills.
