摘　　要：目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中乌头碱的含量。方法:采用Agilent C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·l^(-1)三乙胺(磷酸调节p^H=3)(50:50),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为230nm。结果:乌头碱在进样量在0.41～3.71μg(r=0.9997)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=2.3%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于骨刺消痛胶囊中乌头碱的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for determination of aconitine in Guci Xiaotong capsules by HPLC.Methods： Agilent C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used,the metbanol-0.05mol·L^-1 triethylamine solution （adjust pH to 3.0 by phosphoric acid）（50： 50） as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results：The linear range of aconitine was 0.41-3.71μg（r=0.9997）,the average recovery was 99.6% ,with RSD 2.3%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple ,accurate ,sensitive and reproducible,It can be used for determination of aconitine in Guci Xiaotong CapSules.
