摘　　要：导弹导引头的研制、生产和测试是一个相当复杂和精密的过程。为了验证导引头设计正确性和工作稳定性,提出了基于VXI总线的导弹导引头自动测试系统,对反映导弹导引头性能品质的30个信号参数进行测试,并实时作出信号波形图,提供给测试人员分析。本文作为VXI总线测试平台的具体应用,针对导引头产品测试的需要,成功地研制了VXI导弹导引头自动测试系统,目前已应用于某型导弹导引头产品的生产测试中。经实际应用证明,该系统实现了导引头性能指标的自动测试,并自动打印测试结果,大大提高了测试效率,对导弹导引头产品的研制和验收提供了极好的测试手段。The development, production and measurement of missile seeker was a very complex and precise process. In order to check the correctness of design and working stability of seeker, the design of the automatic test system of missile seeker based on VXI bus is given. It can automatically measure 30 parameters of the missile seeker＇s quality, and draw the graphs of signal real time, supply to analyzer. The paper is an idiographic application of VXI bus test platform. ATS has been developed triumphantly which aim at seeker product test needs. And now is applied to the production and measurement of missile seeker. This system can test the performance and guide line of seeker and print test results automatically. It is not only more effective but also offer a wonderful test way to develop and check the missile seeker product.
