摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于GPRS模块的用于内河船只管理的无线通信设备,针对内河的网络特点,在船只上配备该设备,通过GPS模块接收GPS信号,并经由GPRS模块将船舶位置、航速、航向以及船名等在船舶管理系统中所必需的一些信息发送给某些特定的基站。而各个基站则可以根据所共享的与各个船只相关的位置等信息来筛选出位于其所管辖范围内的船只,并配合现有的雷达系统来对各个船只进行标识,从而可以改善基站对那些没有安装AIS设备船只的管理。This paper introduces the design of a communication equipment based on GPRS module. It is used for the management of vessel in freshwater. It receives the GPS signal, transmits the necessary information needed by the management system to base station through GPRS module. And the base station can recognize the vessels in its own area according to the position information and some other information. Together with radar system, the base station can identify every vessels, it can make the management of the vessel which has no AIS for some reasons more convenient.
