中超俱乐部权属定位的思辨

摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析中超俱乐部内外产权分配问题、经营现状,阐明其权属关系现状,并理清中超俱乐部与中国足协、中超委员会之间的权限划分,探析其自身经营、管理方面的问题,提出明晰中超俱乐部权属定位的具体对策。Based on literature study and logic analysis, intenal and external property right distribution and operation status quo of Super League Clubs were studied. The ownership relationship between the Chinese Super League Clubs, the Chinese Football Association,and the Ultra Committee were clarified. Poblems in operation and management were analyzed and countermeasured were put forth.
