摘  要:序贯响应面建模方法通过渐近地增加样本量实现响应面模型拟合精度与计算成本的折衷,因此,再采样策略的选取成为序贯响应面建模应用的关键问题。文中分析极大极小距离策略和交互验证策略存在的问题,提出基于改进交互验证策略的序贯响应面建模方法。最后,通过实例说明,改进交互验证策略可有效减小拟合响应面模型的样本量,降低计算成本,节约计算资源。Sequential response surface method could compromise between fit precision and computational cost by adding sample points gradually, and thus, the selection of sequential sampling strategies becomes the key problem in engineering application. The maximin distance strategy and cross validation strategy were explicated firstly. Then, an improved cross validation based sequential response surface method was proposed. Finally, two instances were utilized to illustrate the effectiveness of the new method. The results show that the proposed method could decrease the amount of sample points effectively, and thus reduce the computational cost.
