超市生鲜农产品流通效率初探

摘　　要：首先分析了目前超市生鲜农产品流通中存在的问题,发现营销成本高、流通周期长、损耗严重、质量安全保障不足等是制约超市生鲜农产品流通效率的主要原因。针对这些问题,提出了超市应通过与供应商建立稳定的合作伙伴关系、提升超市经营管理水平、加强流通过程中的分级、加工和包装等工作、加强信息管理系统建设、关注生鲜加工配送中心的构建等措施来提升生鲜农产品流通速度,减少损耗,保证质量。The paper analyzes the problems in the circulation of fresh agricultural products in supermarkets, points out that the supermarkets should build up stable relation with suppliers, improve the management, strengthen the classification, processing and packaging in the circulation, improve the construction of information management system and pay attention to distribution center＇s construction in order to improve the circulation speed, decrease the waste and ensure the quality.
