摘　　要：结合现实库存状况,利用可视化通用交互集成仿真软件Arena建立包含多个产品的库存控制系统模型,得到给定(s,S)的平均库存成本。最后利用模型参数优化器Optquest辅助求解最优结果及对应的(s,S),达到平均库存成本的最小化。另外,客户对于缺货状况的不同态度直接影响到缺货成本的计算,因此建模时也将此因素考虑在内。Based on existing inventory condition, the visual interactive simulation software Arena is introduced to establish a multi-product inventory control system in order to get the average inventory cost at given （s, S）. Then the model parameter optimizer Optquest is used to approach the minimal average inventory cost and get the corresponding （s, S）. In addition, clients＇ attitude to shortage which directly affect the shortage cost is also taken into consideration in the paper.
