摘　　要：对企业物流外包的风险进行分析,建立了一个相应的物流外包风险预警指标体系。采用将专家意见量化的思路,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重,然后用模糊评价法计算企业物流外包的综合风险评分。The paper analyzes the risk of business logistics outsourcing, establishes a logistics outsourcing risk alarming index system, uses the idea of quantitative expert＇s opinion, determines the weight of the indexes with AHP and calculates the comprehensive risk scores of logistics outsourcing with fuzzy evaluation method
