几种不同农药对南美斑潜蝇幼虫和卵的药效试验

摘  要:测定了阿维菌素、藜芦碱、苦参碱、除虫菊素+苦参碱、印楝素、毒死蜱、吡虫啉等7种农药对大田南美斑潜蝇幼虫的防治效果。试验结果表明,0.3%印楝素、0.5%藜芦碱是防治南美斑潜蝇较好的生物农药。0.3%印楝乳油对南美斑潜蝇的卵孵化抑制率较好,其中施药5d后200mg/L的0.3%印楝素对卵的抑制率达到(80.12±2.8)%。药后1d对南美斑潜蝇成虫的拒产卵率影响较大,最高达(95.6±0.6)%。印楝素乳油抑制幼虫取食的效果不明显,仅浓度为200mg/L的印楝素乳油药后1d的处理效果较好,达到(94.2±1.1)%。Field toxicity was tested with seven kinds of pesticides, the abamectin, veratridine,matrine, pyrethrum+matrine, azadirachtin, chlorpyrifos and imidacloprid, to control the larva of Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard. The results showed that 0.3% of azadirachtin, 0.5%of the veratridine are good biological pesticides to control the Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard. 0.3% azadirachtin EC are better inhibitor for hatching eggs, the inhibition rate for eggs is (80.12±2.8)% after 5 d. The azadirachtin EC was greater impact on the rate of adults refused to spawn after I d, the maximum reached 95.6± 0.6%. The effect for larva to refuse to feed of azadirachtin EC was not obviously, only 200 mg/L achieve better results (94.2±1.1)%, after 1 d.
