摘  要:为了提高经纬仪机械操纵杆的控制距离,保障控制准确度,减轻经纬仪电控总体的任务并节约宝贵的空间,提出了基于MSP430单片机的机械操纵杆智能一体化数据输出的设计方法;该设计将操纵杆位置模拟输出信号经过实时采样、信号调整、模数转换等电路转变为数字信号,再经过RS485串行驱动以差分的形式发送,从而将控制距离由几米提高到了几百米,并由于缩短了信号采集的输入通道减少了输入干扰,提高了采样准确度,同时电路体积小,占用空间少,目前已成功应用于实践中。To improve the communication range of the stick of the theodolite, assure the accuracy, relieve the workload of electric control system of the theodolite and save the limit space, an intelligent and integral design method based on MSP430 was discussed, which transfer the analog output signal of stick to digital signal through signal sampling, adjusting and analog-to-digital conversion, then send out after being droved by RS485. Therefore, the signal's communication distance was increased from several meters to several hundred meters. Due to decreasing input disturb, obtain better accuracy. At the same time, and circuit use little space. Now it is successfully applied in practice.
