摘　　要：由于免疫抑制剂和化疗药物的广泛应用,白色假丝酵母菌感染的发病率明显上升。不同的白色假丝酵母菌致病因素不同,其黏附性和分泌的酶均有很大差异,引起的先天和适应性免疫应答反应也不同。研究不同的白色假丝酵母菌免疫应答机制,对开发抗白色假丝酵母菌疫苗有重要的意义。The incidence of candidiasis is obviously ascending because Of the wide use of immunodepressant and chemotherapeutics nowadays. Different strains of Candida albicans, are recently considered to have different pathogenicity, due to their properties of virulence. Like wise host innate and adaptive immune responses to these strains of Candida albicans also demonstrated the diversity in animal models. The research on immune responses to different strains of Candida albicans would play an important role on the development of antifungal vaccine.
