益心化饮汤治疗难治性慢性充血性心力衰竭40例

摘　　要：目的观察益心化饮汤治疗难治性慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将78例患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服益心化饮汤,疗程为2 W。结果治疗组有效率95%,对照组有效率78.95%,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益心化饮汤治疗难治性慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效显著确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yixin Huayin decoction in the treatment of refractory chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 78 patients were divided into therapeutic group and control group by random number table method. The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment. The therapeutic group was added Yixin Huayin decoction and the treatment course was 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of therapeutic group was 95 %, and that of control group was 78.95 %. The efficacy of the therapeutic group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yixin Huayin decoction has an obvious and exact effect on refractory chronic congestive heart failure.
