摘  要:挂篮是目前大跨径预应力混凝土连续刚构桥、连续梁桥悬灌施工的主要施工设备。以黄龙村大桥为例,介绍了菱形挂篮构造及其作业机理,通过预压试验研究菱形挂篮在荷载作用下的变形以及挂篮变形对悬臂施工桥梁线形控制的影响,这对施工监控具有重要的意义。The hanging baskets are the main equipments at present in the cantilevered casting construction of large-scale PC rigid bridge and continuous girder bridge. Taking Huanglongcun large-scale bridge as an example in this article, this paper introduces the components and principle of operation of rhombus hanging baskets. The deformation of rhombus hanging baskets under load and its impact on geometric control in the cantilever construction are studied in the Pre-stress experiment, which is of important meaning to the construction control.
