国外书刊及数据库价格急剧上涨原因分析

摘　　要：近年来,国外书刊及数据库价格大幅上涨的主要因素如下:价格的自然上涨,人民币汇率的变化,出版资源的高度垄断。国外出版商涨价的依据在于我国读者对文献资源的"迫切"、"旺盛"的需求;我国GDP值的高速增长;国内财政体制的高度集权。以上原因导致文献高利用率、强大的经济实力和政府对文化事业高投入的假象,为国外出版商提供了出版物涨价的"依据"。In recent years, foreign publications and databases prices rise sharply, and the major factors are as follows： natural increase of the price; the change of the exchange rate of RMB; the high degree monopoly of publishing resources. The reasons that the foreign publishers increase the price are ＂urgent＂ and ＂strong＂ demands of our readers for the literature resources, the high growth of China＇s GDP, and the highly centralization of domestic financial system. The above reasons generate some illusions that high utilization rate of literature, a powerful economic strength and high input of the Government into cultural undertakings, based on which foreign publishers increase the price of publications.
