摘  要:为了改善镀锌钢板点焊电极的寿命,选用铬锆铜球型电极,以TiC作熔敷材料,对点焊电极表面进行了电火花振动熔敷功能强化层工艺试验。通过正交试验考察了沉积工艺参数(电容、基体转速、振动频率、沉积时间)对沉积层硬度和厚度的影响。结果表明,电容是影响电火花沉积层硬度和厚度的主要因素;振动频率对沉积层性能有一定的影响;基体转速、沉积时间对沉积层性能影响较小。试验条件下最优工艺参数为电容量30000μF,基体转速1320 r/min,振动频率50 Hz,沉积时间120 s。In order to improve the life of spot-welding electrode for zinc-coated steel, electrospark deposition (ESD) processes were tested with TiC as fusing material and Cr-Zr-Cu electrode as substrate. The effects of ESD parameters such as capacitance, electrode rotating speed, vibration frequency and depositing time on hardness and thickness of the deposition lager were investi portant factor that influences gated by means of the thickness and orthogonal experiment. The results show that capacitance is the most imhardness of ESD coating while vibration frequency is the secondary, meanwhile the rotating speed of electrode and depositing time are less important. The optimum parameters under the test conditions are capacitance 30000μF,the electrode rotating speed 1320 r·min^-1, vibration frequency 50 Hz, and depositing time 120 s
