摘  要:耐蚀高磁导率合金Ni46MoCu是一种新合金,生产厂家推荐使用氢气炉、真空炉两种热处理方法。氢气炉处理周期长、费用高;真空炉处理,用推荐的压力处理时粘结严重,提高压力处理时,合金磁性能不合格。试验证实,选用真空氢气保护炉对该合金进行复合净化退火处理后,磁性能合格并达到Ⅱ级合金磁性能标准。The corrosion-resistant high magnetic conductivity alloy(Ni46MoCu) is a new alloy, which is recommended to be treated in hydrogen furnace and vacuum furnace. The treatment in hydrogen atmosphere of furnace is a long time process, and the cost is high. While treating in vacuum furnace, the adhesion is very serious under the recommended pressure. Increasing the pressure, the performance of the alloy is substandard. The test show that if the complex purif- ying annealing treatment is carried out in the vacuum furnace with hydrogen protection, the performance of the alloy can come up to standard and reach class Ⅱ of alloy magnetic performance standard.
