原卟啉在碳酸盐溶液中的一个灵敏极谱波及其分析应用

摘  要:报道了原卟啉在碳酸盐溶液中的单扫描极谱行为及其分析应用.在NaHCO3—Na2CO3(pH=9.6)的缓冲溶液中原卟啉于-1.06V(vs.SCE)产生-灵敏还原波,该波一阶导数波波高与原卟啉浓度在3.6×10。~5.3X10。mol/L范围内有线性关系(r=0.998),检出限为8.9×10^-8mol/L.1.78×10^-5mol/L的原卟啉溶液平行测定11次,RSD为0.76%.极谱波的波高在室温条件下至少稳定3h.讨论了测定中干扰物质的影响及机理包括循环伏安图、电位扫描速度、表面活性剂的影响和电毛细管曲线.结果较之文献,扩大了线性范围,降低了检测下限,且方法简便快捷.A new method for the determination of protoporphyrin has been developed by using single sweep polarography. Protoporphyrin produces a sensitive adsorption reduction wave at -1.06 V (vs. SCE) in NaHCO3- Na2CO3 buffer solution of prig. 6. Its first derivative wave height shows a good linear relationship to the concentration of protoporphyrin in the range of 3. 6× 10^-7-5.3× 10^-5 mol/L, the correlation coefficient for the straight line is 0. 998, the detection limit is 8.9 × 10^-9 mol/L. The relative standard deviation for 11 independent determinations of 1. 78 × 10^-5 mol/ L is 0.76 %. The polarographic wave could be stable for 3 h. The article discussed the effects of interfering materials and mechanism including cyclic vohammograms, electric potential scanner speed and electrocapillary curves. Compared with the results of literatures, it expands the scope of linear and reduces the detection limit.
