龙血竭外周镇痛效应的药理研究和反向药理学

摘　　要：以提出龙血竭能干预外周痛觉信息的传导而产生镇痛效应的新机理及其药理学研究为背景,对在传统药物研发中如何进行药理机制和药效物质研究这一基础性课题进行深入的探讨.针对传统药物一般为多种化学成分的混合物,及具有多种药理效应和多个靶点这些共有特征所造成的在阐明传统药物的药理机制和寻求其药效物质中的困难,建立传统药物药效物质的现代概念,发展传统药物研究的反向药理学模式的方法学,作为提出传统药物研发领域适当的科学问题,寻求接近问题本质的方法的尝试,并指出目前这一领域要解决的关键问题是如何检测、表达和分析传统药物本身的药理效应与其化学成分和成分的组合的药理效应之间的关系.According to the background of the proposed mechanism that the analgesic effect of dragon＇s blood resin might be caused by its direct intervention in peripheral nociceptive transmission and its pharmacological research, the basic program on how to study its pharmacological mechanism and the material basis for its pharmacological efficacy in the research and development of the ethnodrug was further explored. Aiming at the difficulty in clarifying the pharmacological mechanism of the ethnodrug and looking for the material basis for its pharmacological efficacy due to the common characteristics of the ethnodrug （a composition of many chemical components with multifold pharmacological effects and action targets）, the operational definition of the material basis for the efficacy of the ethnodrug was established and the methodology for the research framework of reverse pharmacology applied in the research and development of the ethnodrug was developed, which was intended to raise the appropriate scientific question in the research and development of the ethnodrug and approach the core of the question. In addition, this paper pointed out that the current key problem in this field is how to test, express and analyze the relationship between the pharmacological effect of the ethnodrug and that of its component or component combination.
