摘　　要：山西省国家水土保持重点建设工程的实施取得了显著的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。在项目执行中,通过机制创新,发挥水保、国土、农业、林业等有关部门的作用,积极推行大户、公司、企业等社会力量投资水土保持治理,有效地克服了生态建设中主体模糊、管理滞后的弊病,使项目建设顺利展开。The implementation of key national soil and water conservation project in Shanxi Province has achieved remarkable ecological, economic and social benefits. In the implementation of project, the role of relevant governmental departments of land and resources, agriculture and forestry has been fully explored through institutional innovation, to attract investment of individuals and companies and public, which effectively overcome the drawbacks in ecological recovery such as unclear of main body in charge and backward managerial tool, so that project construction may implement smoothly.
