苦荞籽提取物抗小鼠躯体疲劳作用初探

摘　　要：连续给药7 d,观察小鼠转棒耐力,以研究苦荞籽提取物抗小鼠躯体疲劳的作用.实验结果表明,苦荞籽提取物能明显延长小鼠转棒耐力时间,证实了苦荞籽提取物具有抗疲劳作用.Objective： To investigate the action of extract of tartary buckwheat on body fatigue in mice. Metheds：Mice were given diferent dosage once a day for seven days,their rotating bar tolerance were observed on the 7 th day. Results：Extract of tartary buckwheat could notably prolong the persisting time of mice on the rotaing bar. Conclussion：Extract of tartary buckwheat may have outstanding effect on body fatigue.
