摘　　要：基于 RFID 的智能数据采集终端,用于现代汽车制造业生产执行管理系统中采集生产现场的实时数据。由 U2270B 配以少量外围器件和耦合天线组成的 RFID 读卡基站,对接收到的 RFID 信号进行解调,再经过 AT89C2051对曼切斯特码解码。数据采集终端的主控模块由 W78E58B组成,它负责控制液晶显示、键盘操作、上位机通信、RFID 数据采集等模块的工作。该智能数据采集终端的研发解决了车间信息采集与管理系统间的信息断层问题。Intelligent data collection terminal based on RFID is a part of automobile manufacturing execution system（MES）, which is used to collect real-time data in the production field. RFID base station consists of U2270B which including peripheral component and couple antenna, which can demodulate RFID signal, and then decode manchester code by AT89C2051. Main module of the terminal is composed of W78E58B, which takes charge of LCD, key-board, PC communicating module and RFID data collecting module. The intelligent production data collection terminal can solve the information fault between data collection in workshop and management system.
