摘　　要：执政合法性是关系到执政党生死存亡的根本问题。新中国成立以后,尤其是改革开放后,邓小平十分重视党的执政合法性的维护与建设。邓小平主要是从历史与人民、经济、民主、法制四个方面来分析党的执政合法性的。邓小平论党的执政合法性具有鲜明的特点和重大的意义。Whether the ruling is legal or not decides the existence of a ruling party. Deng Xiaoping had been making efforts to safeguard and construct the legal ruling of the Party by analyzing the nature of legal ruling from four aspects, namely the relations between history and the people; democracy and the ruling; the economic development and the ruling; the legalized society and the ruling. His thoughts of the Party legal ruling are full of great significance and distinctive features.
