摘 要:为了对区域港口群二级物流运输网络进行优化,结合基于轴-辐结构的区域港口近洋运输系统和各个经济腹地与港口之间的集疏运系统,建立区域港口群二级物流运输系统的非线性优化模型,该模型在实现总运输成本最小的前提下,对如下三方面共同实现优化:各个港口所服务的经济腹地范围以及经济腹地与港口之间的运输能力、各出发港口与目的港口之间经由枢纽港中转的货运量和相应的运输能力、各出发港口与目的港口之间的直达运输量和相应的运输能力。最后通过具体算例对该模型进行了应用分析,并得出,由于所建立的非线性模型可以转化为相应的线性规划模型进行求解,因此该模型具有实用性和可操作性。To optimize two stage logistics transportation network in regional port cluster, combining Hub-and-Spoke based regional port cluster short sea transportation system with consolidation and dispersing transportation systems between ports and their hinterlands, a non-linear optimization model for regional port cluster two stage logistics system is introduced to simultaneously determine the following factors: the hinterlands serviced by which port and transportation capacity operated between each port and its hinterland, cargo trausportation volume and corresponding transportation capacity allocated via a hub pert from an original port to a destination part, cargo transportation volume and corresponding transportation capacity allocated directly from an original port to a destination port. At last, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the application of the proposed model. It can be shown that the solution to the proposed non-linear model can be obtained by transforming it into a linear programming model. Therefore, the model is practical and effective.
