摘　　要：于2002年完成的该项工程,是以1983年善福寺将自己计划内的土地转让给森大厦为开端,到竣工共经历了20年的岁月,由当地60家单位共同参加的工程。森大厦自ARK Hills以后的复合再开发（Hills系列）中,将都市居住作为一大主题。以城市中心娴静的高级住宅区而闻名的原麻布地区为主,森大厦首次开始了以住宅为主用途的大规模再开发。in the premier residential district of Moto- Azabu in the center of Tokyo, and is the first large-scale redevelopment by Mori Building that is intended mainly for residential purposes. The high-rise tower looks slimmer at the bottom but in fact both the upper floors and the lower floors spread out in an hourglass figure designed with a special vibration-control structure. Considerable efforts have been made on landscaping the site. The roofs are covered in greenery, while plants can be seen on every balcony.
