摘　　要：缺乏系统性特色研究、商业旅游开发过热、保护模式单一、保护实施指导力度不够是导致城市特色流失的主要原因。在历史保护中应强调以城市特色保护为根本,采用结合旅游开发、生活环境整体保留、新型功能置换、自然更新发展等多元化保护方式延续、发扬城市特色,避免"千城一貌"现象。Identifiable city character has largely vanished because of the lack of relevant research, the development of commercial tourism, homogenous preservation models, and a lack of guidance. The preservation of historic districts and buildings should employ a variety of methods to restore city character as part of historic preservation. Suitable methods include life environment conservation, functional changes, and natural renovation.
