急性化脓性中耳炎豚鼠耳蜗形态和功能改变

摘　　要：对3只因听泡置管导致急性化脓性中耳炎发作的豚鼠进行了脑干诱发电位（ABR）测试和耳蜗Corti氏器扫描电镜观察。发现3只豚鼠患耳Corti氏器均有程度不等损害，ABR阈分别提高45、60和30dB。提承急性中耳炎可引起内耳形态和功能变化。文中对引起损害的机制进行了讨论。Acute purulent otitis media occurred spontaneously in 3 guinea pigs afterauditory bullae tubeplacement. The inner ear was observed by scan electron microscopy and ANR. It was found that the corti'sorgau in innammatory ears had been degenerated various degrees. ABR thresholds elevated by 45, 60 and30dB in 3 ears respective1y' The results were showed that inner ear damages occur if acute otitis mediaexisted. The mechanism of these changes was discussed in the paper.
