摘　　要：依据参加2007年1月全国女子排球高水平后备人才训练营活动的120名运动员身体形态和素质的测试与数据统计,分析不同位置运动员身体形态与素质所表现的运动特征,揭示其客观存在的内在规律,为我国女子排球后备人才今后的培养、选拔、评价和实施科学化运动训练提供理论依据。Based on the measured data of body shape and physical condition collected from 120 athletes who joined the training of high-level backup talents as Chinese female volleyball-players, Jan. 2007, this paper analyzes the body shape and physical condition over different positions, extracts the inherent law; therefore, provides theoretical background for the training, selection, evaluation and implementation of scientific education of backup in Chinese female volleyball.
