摘　　要：电子申请单的实现可视为HIS与PACS集成过程中最关键和重要的一步。本文详细阐述了我院电子申请单的影像检查流程设计、PACS与HIS的数据集成流程设计。电子申请单使用后,临床医生可在医生工作站上及时调阅患者的影像资料和诊断报告,提高工作效率。The implementation of electronic orders is considered the most important and critical step in the process of integrating HIS with PACS. This article elaborates the flow process how to design electronic orders and their applications in our hospital. It is very convenient for clinical doctors to get their patients＇ diagnosis on demand and to watch the associated medical images on their workstations in time since the application of electronic order.
