摘　　要：本文基于对项目管理的理解和分析,结合医院信息化建设,分析了在医院信息化建设项目中,项目管理法需要关注的有关事项,说明在当前环境下,运用项目管理技术,对推进医院信息化建设是十分必要的。Analyzes the relevant matters needing attention to the project management in the hospital informationization construction based on the understanding and analysis on the project management and combining with the hospital informationization construction, and explains that it is very necessary to use PM technique for the promotion of hospital informationization construction at current circumstance.
