摘 要:目的探讨多体位X线摄影在诊断肋骨骨折中的价值。方法236例298处肋骨分别采用正位、斜位、切线位、透视下点片的方法,对各种方法发现肋骨骨折数进行分析。结果单独的正位片发现骨折占67.5%;正位片未发现,而斜位、切线位和透视下点片发现骨折共占32.5%。结论在肋骨骨折的诊断中,在摄取正位片的同时,应根据病史有目的地加拍斜位片和切线位片,必要时透视下点片。Objective Discusses the meaning of multi-position radiogrphy in the diagnosis of fracture of rib. Methods There are 236 cases with 298 costal bone' s X-ray photograph. Each of them has A-P position, oblique position, tangential projection and spot film under the X-ray fluoroscopy.Then analyzes the amount of them. Results The percent of fractures with orthophoria view is 67.5%.The total percent of fractures with oblique position, tangential projection and spot film under the X-ray fluoroscopy is 32.5% while doesn't find the A-P position. Conclusion We must add oblique view and tangential projection radiography alternatively according to different patient in diagnosis of fracture of costal bone. If necessary, spot film under the digital fluoroscopy should be done.
