摘 要:本文研究了Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP金属配合物的薄层色谱特性。提出了分离和测定Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的薄层色谱分析方法。在pH为9.2时形成配合物,经氯仿萃取后,以丁酮:醋酸甲酯:三乙醇胺(21∶9∶1,V/V)为展开剂,测得Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的R_f值分别为0.03、0.36、0.22、0.71。测定灵敏度可达到8.0×10^(-9)—6.0×10^(-10)。对四种离子的混合标样进行了五次平行测定,其相对标准偏差依次为0.6%,1.3%,1.3%,3.3%。四种离子回收率均在100—102%之间。用该法测定了电镀废水中的Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ),获得了满意的结果。A method for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), and Fe(Ⅱ) by TLC using 5-Br-PADAP as a complexing reagent was proposed. The complexes of Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ) Co(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅱ) with 5-Br-PADAP were extracted by CHCl_3 in the buffer solution of H_3BO_3 (pH 9.2) and then developed on a thin layer glass plate spreaded by silica gel H and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the system of butanone and methyl acetate and triethanolamine. Absorbances of the metallic complexes were measured on a high speed TLC scanner (model CS-920). The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cu and Ni in electroplating waste water with good sensitivity and simplicity.
