摘　　要：急性肺损伤发病机制非常复杂,趋向性认为是炎症细胞内免疫信号转导紊乱在其病理机制中发挥重要作用,其治疗目前尚无特效手段;现代基因技术靶向调控NF-κB信号通路或许能为ALI的临床治疗开辟新途径。The mechanism of acute lung injury （ ALl ） is complicated. It is indicated that the disordered immunosignal transduction plays a major role in its pathology and currently there is no effective treatment. The gene therapy targeted to NF -κB signal pathway might pave new way for the clinical treatment of ALl.
