摘 要:采用静态浸泡法得到了漆膜增重—时间曲线,研究了酸溶液在纳米蒙脱土(nano-MMT)改性光固化涂层中的渗透行为.结果表明:浸泡初期,介质在涂层中的传输行为符合Fick扩散定律,之后涂层吸收量达到饱和,由计算公式可求得渗透介质在涂层中的扩散系数;添加nano-MMT、增加WEA:WAD的比例和提高交联密度可以减小渗透介质的扩散系数,提高涂层的抗介质渗透性能.Permeation behavior of UV-cured coating modified by nano-montmorillonite (nano-MMT) was addition of the amount of nano-MMT, the weight ratio of epoxy acrylate (EA) to a home-made photosensi tire reactive diluent (AD), curing degree of the UV-cured coating, and the sorts of acid medium were discussed. The result showed that permeation behavior of medium followed Fick diffusion law in the early on reached saturation. The diffusion coefficient of permeation medium through UV-cured coatings could be calculated by a correlative formula. It follows that the medium permeation behavior in the coatings was mainly determined by the curing degree and the ratio of WEA to WAD. The resistance to medium permeation for the coatings increased with the increase of curing degree, the ratio of WEA to WAD,as well as the increase of the amount of nano-MMT.
