摘 要:用静态失重法研究了在标准配制水中Ni2+和Co2+复配(MoO42-+Zn2+)对A20碳钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明,Langelier饱和指数(LSI)、MoO24-浓度、Ni2+和Co2+浓度对缓蚀率的影响程度依次为:LSI>MoO24-≈Co2+>LSI与MoO42-的交互作用;Ni2+对提高缓蚀率几乎无贡献.The corrosion inhibition of( MoO4^2- + Zn^2+ ) combined with Ni^2+ and Co^2+ on A2O carbon steel in artiticial waters is studied in this article. Relationship between inhibition efficiency with Langelier saturation index concentrations of MoO4^2-, Co^2+ and Ni^2+ is studied by using uniform design. Relational expression is derived based on regression analysis and optima/experiment parameters are determined based on"program solving method". Ni^2+ have no contribution to improve inhibition efficiency. At last, It is found that the method of uniform design is simple, selective and efficient.
