摘 要:对胜利油田郑408火烧驱油注气井油管腐蚀产物进行了X射线衍射分析(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针元素能谱显微分析(EPMA/EDS).结果表明:上部管柱主要是氧腐蚀;下部腐蚀严重部位为氧加速的酸性垢下腐蚀穿孔.油、套管在目前的生产条件下运行存在较大风险.并给出了相应防护措施.Corrosion products of the tubings for Zheng-480 oil displacement well were examined by means of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and electron probe microscope analysis (SEM) (EPMA/EDS). According to the examination results combined with practical production and operation conditions, the preliminary conclusion is:that the tubing upper part mainly suffered from oxidation corrosion and the lower part suffered from corrosion perforation caused by accelerated acid corrosion beneath sediments. There exists risks for tubing and casing under current production conditions. Appropriate internal protective technology is proposed as an effective measure for corrosion protection.
