摘  要:针对螺杆泵使用过程中地面驱动电机功率选择偏高或偏低的问题,对启动过程中螺杆泵的运动特点和受力情况进行分析,提出全面计算抽油杆柱负载扭矩及考虑全压启动加速扭矩系数来选用电机的方法。以此建立的电机功率计算模型法与根据泵型经验法或仅考虑抽油杆柱的有功扭矩选取电机方法相比较,得到的电机功率平均降低了21.3%,更符合生产实际要求,发挥了螺杆泵采油系统节能降耗的技术经济优势。When surface driven progressive cavity pump (PC pump) is used, selection of the electric motor with too high or too low power often happens. Performance and stress condition were analyzed in the process of PC pump well startup and a method for the selection the power of the electric motor is introduced. Loaded torque of rod string is generally calculated and the accelerated coefficient is fully taken into account in the methods. The calculated models of motor power is reduced 21.3 percent than the empirical method and more suitable to practical working condition or the usable torque method, therefore the model method is of great importance to improve the techno-economy benefits of screw pump system on saving energy and reducing consumption.
