摘  要:三作用泵系统(TAPS)利用重力分异原理将井筒内产出液中的油水分离,并将富油液举升至地面,富水液注入注水层段,达到降低产出液含水率和采油成本、提高原油产量、保护环境的目的。通过对三作用泵和普通双作用泵最大注水压力的比较得出,三作用泵系统可以得到更高的注入压力,使有杆泵井下油水分离技术的应用领域拓展到注入层压力较高或渗透率较低的井。Triple-action pump system (TAPS), which consists of a series of three sucker-rod pumps, the lower valve, and a packer, takes advantage of gravity separation of oil and water in produced fluid and allows oil with traces of water produced to the surface while water to be injec- ted into a injection zone downhole in order to reduce the water ratio of produced fluid and the production cost, raise the production, and protect the environment. By comparing with the TAPS and the dual action pumping system (DAPS), TAPS can achieve higher injection pressure, which can be used when the injection formation requires higher injection pressures or has low permeability.
