摘　　要：用工程分析软件Pro/Engineer和ANSYS对SL3HB-100型往复泵阀箱的强度进行了有限元分析。通过分析,得到了阀箱的最大应力位置及其应力值,此位置与阀箱实际破裂时的位置一致。分析结果表明,阀箱在30 MPa压力下是安全的,可以正常工作。This paper presents the strength analysis on the valve box of SL3HB-100 reciprocating pump based on FEA with Pro/Engineering and ANSYS. The maximal stress of the valve box was obtained and its position is the same as what the rupture has occurred practically. The analysis result shows that the valve box was safe when it worked at pressure 30 MPa.
